History Facts of Montgomery Plaza Building
The former Montgomery Ward warehouse and retail store is a historically significant building that was partially destroyed by the tornado of 2000. The hi-rise building was constructed in 1928 in six months time by one of our general contractors Thomas S. Byrne & Co.

The new Montgomery Plaza Shopping Center contains 45 acres which is anchored by a SuperTarget store and a host of junior anchors.
